Questions people ask before they book.
What happens on the 15-minute discovery call?
It is a short phone or video call with the Auspak team. We go through where you are at, what you own and owe, and what you want to do next, then tell you what is possible and what the next step would be. No pitch. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
Does this cost me anything?
No. Lenders pay us when a loan settles, so the strategy and the application are free to you.
Do I need to be in Sydney?
No. Everything is by phone, video and e-signature, and we lend against property in every state.
Will it affect my credit score?
Not the call. Nothing goes to a lender until you decide to apply, and we tell you before that happens.
How is this different from asking my bank?
Your bank tells you what it will lend. We tell you what 28 lenders will lend, and how to order them so property three doesn't get blocked by how you set up property one.
I already have a broker
Keep them. The call is a second opinion on structure: whether what has been set up will block the next purchase. If it is sound, we will say so and you have lost fifteen minutes.
